Our Mission
KeyZup is a technology marketplace that connects car owners with independent automotive key and lock technicians and locksmith companies. Whether you're locked out of your car, need a key replacement, or require ignition repair, KeyZup helps you find a nearby provider — anytime, anywhere. KeyZup does not perform locksmith services itself; the services are provided by independent technicians and companies.
How It Works
Open the App
KeyZup detects your location and shows available technicians nearby on the map.
Choose a Technician
Browse technician profiles — see ratings, experience, specialties, and estimated arrival time.
Request Service
Select your service type, enter your vehicle details, and confirm your request. Your technician is notified instantly.
Track & Communicate
Watch your technician's location in real-time on the map. Chat or call them directly through the app.
Pay the Provider Directly
You arrange and pay the technician directly for the service, outside the app. KeyZup does not process the service payment.
For Technicians
KeyZup helps independent automotive key and lock professionals reach nearby customers. Technicians are independent providers, not KeyZup employees. Set your own rates, choose your service area, and collect payment from customers directly. KeyZup charges providers platform fees (funded from your in-app billing wallet) and does not pay technicians.

Verification
KeyZup asks providers to submit identity, licence, and insurance documents, which a KeyZup admin reviews. Verification is a point-in-time check of the documents provided and is not a guarantee of a provider's status, conduct, or work quality — always use your own judgment. The app also includes real-time tracking, in-app communication, an emergency SOS button, and before/after photo documentation for jobs.
